The article about the lawsuit was mistitled “woman wins lawsuit about bizarre claim” by the author, and you continued that error. If a company has a policy, and won’t allow you to use it, is it unfair to call that bizarre? No. Is it unfair to sue to get back money you are owed because of that? No. She is a lawyer, she is a consumer, she used the law to get her money back. In my state ( I am a lawyer), I could have gotten double damages and attorney fees. The author should be applauding her actions to hold the company accountable.
