Saw a note over on Mile Nerd the other day that Citi is giving away 1,000,000 ThankYou points as part of a sweepstakes
To enter you do need to have a Citi card of some sort (or at least a Citi or ThankYou account / login). You’re also optionally asked what you would do with 1,000,000 ThankYou points

In addition to the grand prize of 1,000,000 ThankYou points, there are 3 second prize winners of 500,000 ThankYou points and 10 Third Prize winners of 100,000 ThankYou points.
Sweepstakes fine print
Here are some of the fine print and official rules
- Starts August 1st (today) and ends August 31st – winners announced on September 19th
- One entry per ThankYou account
- The person submitting the entry must be the primary signer of a Citi credit card with ThankYou rewards or a Citibank consumer checking account that has been enrolled in ThankYou rewards
- Points do not expire as long as you have an active ThankYou account
