The only real deals I have been able to find for a cheap one way car rental are directional deals. Â In the fall, many car rental companies will give cheap one way car rental deals into warmer places like Arizona or Florida. Â Similarly, in the spring, you can often find a cheap one way car rental OUT of warm places like Arizona and Florida, as car rental companies will give you cheap one way car rentals in order to reposition their fleets for the summer season.

September 2016 – Hertz offering $9.99 one way car rentals into Florida and Atlanta
March 2016 – Avis has two one way car rental coupons right now – $29.99 / day out of Arizona and $7.95 / day out of Florida
March 2016 – There’s a Hertz cheap one way car rental –Â drive out of Florida deal advertised as low as $5 / day
March 2016 – Alamo also has a deal for $7.95 out of Florida airport locations from April 1 – May 30
October 2015 – Fall One way car rentals as low as $7.99 / day! This was a Hertz Deal – through Feb 28, 2016, you could pick up in California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington or New Mexico and going TO Arizona.
October 2015 – Hertz $9.95 driving FROM Maine, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island and New York City TO South Carolina, Georgia and Florida
March 2015 – Cheap one way car rentals now! Alamo cheap one way car rental – $9.95 / day for travel in April and May of 2015
March 2015 – Hertz had a similar deal leaving Arizona but the rates were not as good – $30.99 / day
