American Express has cut several benefits of their credit cards over the past year, but they still offer really unique advantages to cardholders on a periodic basis.  If you are an American Express Platinum or Centurion card member and will be in New York City on November 30 and December 1, you are in luck!

American Express will debut its first ever American Express Platinum House in New York City – providing Platinum Card and Centurion Members a break from shopping during Small Business Saturday.

The American Express Platinum House, located in Manhattan’s Union Square, will feature a mix of exclusive culinary and holiday experiences celebrating small businesses including special menus inspired by, and sourced from the favorite local suppliers of the executive chefs of American Express Global Dining Collection restaurants, Cote, Wayan and Legacy Records.
