For a limited time, Wyndham is currently offering a refer-a-friend bonus. You have an opportunity to earn up to 60,000 bonus points when you refer your friends to get the no-fee Wyndham Rewards Visa Card. This could be a targeted offer. We suggest that you check your email if you were targeted to refer friends to the Wyndham Rewards Visa Card.
What’s the deal?
What can 60,000 referral bonus points get you? With Wyndham:
- That’s enough for 4 free nights.
- Each approved account referral earns you 6,000 bonus points
- You can refer up to 10 referrals, and earn a maximum of 60,000 bonus points
This is a limited time offer
In order for you take advantage of this program, your friend or friends have to apply and be approved by March 21, 2018.
What’s in it for your friends?
The Wyndham promo is on their no-fee Wyndham Rewards Visa Card. Once approved, your friends will enjoy:
- Earn up to 15,000 bonus points after first purchase (we have seen sign-up bonus as high as 45,000 in the past)
- Use your points toward a free night
- No annual fee
Referral bonus points add up
If you happen to have a Wyndham Rewards credit card, this is a good time to share the card with your friends. Your friends get the bonus points for applying and getting approved the card, and you get the bonus referral. Again, please check your email if you were targeted to participate in the referral program.

Before I would refer a friend to this offer, I would feel obliged to let them know that there is another offer available that I consider better. Basically, 30K points after $ 2K spend and payment of a $ 75 AF. I believe the additional 15K points (one night at any Wyndham property) is more than worth the $ 75 AF. I like a referral bonus at much as anyone, but I would not recommend applying for the 15K offer over the 30K offer. Plus, I would also tell them they might want to wait and the 45K bonus will probably come back someday, although that is not guaranteed.
That’s a good point. If there is a better offer out there for your friend or family, it’s best for them to take advantage of the better offer. There are certain cards that I’ve seen the offer come and go, and it paid off to wait for the better offer. I believe the last time the 45,000 was offered was late last year on the one with AF, and 18K with no AF. To your point, uncertain when it will return.
I can’t find a Wyndham phone number or anyone that can help me get these points!
Can anyone help with this information?
Last time I refer a friend.:~(
Try this #1-877-523-0478 (it’s with Barclays Card). Start there. When did you refer your friend? Was it before 3/21/2018?
I got an email that repeated this offer – closes June 28, 2018. Talked to friend and family, referred them via link. Got an email from Barclay/Wyndham saying oh, thanks for the referral. The folks I referred have received absolutely nothing. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone Monday being transferred from person to person with no results. Email=it’ll take us 7-10 days to get back to you. Phone call today: we’re looking into it. None of these folks have Barclay’s blocked on email or spam blockers. Starting to investigate this myself via websites, so sorry if this is a long-dead topic
