Southwest has a nice Cyber Monday sale going on. Fares are 30% off through Thursday, December 1. Southwest has ramped up fare sales recently with a new one every few weeks. However, this offers some of the lowest prices we have seen this year.
Deals for this sale are available through the Southwest website. All you need to do is click “Book Now” and enter code CYBER30. It’s good for travel from January 10 through March 8th of next year. With the flexibility that Southwest offers from a cancellation perspective, it doesn’t hurt to book a trip now to lock in the low prices. If your plans change, Southwest makes it easy to cancel or adjust your travel plans.
If you don’t have Southwest points and need to book a flight using cash, you can still bank a travel credit for a future trip. Remember that anytime Southwest hosts a sale, make sure you doublecheck existing reservations. Southwest has no change fees, and if the sale price is lower, you will receive a credit for the difference usable for future Southwest fares.

How to Book
Remember, Southwest has no change or cancellation fees. So if you already have a flight booked for that time period, you should price it out with code CYBER30. It may be that your flight is now at a cheaper price. Then you can change it (to the same flight) and get a refund. This works for flights booked either with cash or points.
