Last week I gave a preview of the IHG Point Breaks list for November 2016, December 2016 and January 2017. The hotels were set to be bookable on Monday (October 31st), but the full list was published this morning on the IHG Blog. There was also coverage from View from the Wing, Running With Miles, Frequent Miler, and One Mile at a Time, among others. If you’ve got your eye on one, I encourage you to make sure you have the points available to book it sooner rather than later, as the “best” deals usually go quickly. These 127 hotels are now bookable!
The full IHG Point Breaks map and sortable table is below

IHG Point Breaks list with sortable table of all current IHG Pointbreaks
If a sortable table is easier to view, here’s the IHG / Priority Point Breaks list in a table form
As a reminder, you can only book 2 stays at a given hotel (but the stays can be of any length). Most of the availability at some of the more popular hotels goes pretty quickly, so you will want to book quickly.
I have updated my resource page of the current IHG Point Breaks map and list with this map and sortable table. If you are interested in IHG Point Breaks, you’ll definitely want to bookmark it

I keep that page up to date with the current Point Breaks list, in both a map and table form, as well as links back to previous Point Breaks lists. That can be useful if you want to look back at which hotels have been on the IHG Point Breaks list before (they often go in cycles).

Thanks for making the map! One thought – the Changzhou China marker is placed on Hangzhou 🙂
You’re welcome and thank you for the correction – I’ve updated it
This hotel (Holiday Inn Express Atlanta SW – Newnan) is plotted incorrectly. It is in Newman, GA – not in downtown Atlanta.
Thanks. The way these points are geocoded you don’t get a ton of accuracy – the map is mostly to give a basic idea of where the hotels are (but I’ve manually edited this one)
Would be great to include a column with continents, would make the search across Europe even easier 😉
Good point – my only concern is that on some smaller devices (mobile / tablet), the table is already pretty wide so I’m not sure how that might work. I’ll look into it though!
Got my PointBreaks stay booked.
So how does that work? I’m looking at one of the hotels online but don’t see any special deals. Do Pointbreaks stays have to be booked through customer service?
They should show up as 5000 points / night for dates through Jan 31. If you let me know which hotel and dates you’re looking at I can take a look at it
Thanks — I misunderstood. I thought the rooms only had to be booked during that period. I didn’t realize the stay had to be during that period. :-p
