The SitBax Bleacher Seat is currently on Kickstarter and has currently raised over USD$79,573 from a $5,000 initial goal. You have until November 5th (Sunday) to back the project. Here are a few of the levels that you can back the project at

The back’s too tall to used in most stadiums
That was the first thought I had as well and I actually asked the manufacturer. They said it was no taller than a person sitting but I haven’t had the chance to actually try it out myself to be sure
