I’ve said it before. When is a good time to go to Hawaii? As I’ve said in the past, after Spring Break or Easter is another great time to fly to Hawaii for less. Here are $197 roundtrip deals with Alaska Air from different major airports in California. I suggest checking flights by using Google Flights. You can find these deals from mid to end of April through early May.

Sample Aloha deals

A typical sweet spot deal to Hawaii is using 25,000 points with Chase Ultimate Rewards. With these amazing low fares, if you have a Chase Sapphire Reserve, you can go to Hawaii ROUNDTRIP using as low as 13,133 roundtrip points to Hawaii.

Remember to use your credit card that will give you the most bang for your buck. Cards that offer travel benefits and added points such as Chase Sapphire Preferred (3x per dollar) and Chase Sapphire Preferred (2x per dollar).

I suggest playing with the dates and see what works for you. If your schedule allows you to take a last-minute trip in April or May, this is a great chance to take advantage of these fares that start at $197.
