It looks like this change was made a few weeks ago but I must have missed it when it came out until I received an email about it today – you can now transfer Citi Thank You points to Jet Blue at a 1:1 ratio. This is true for all cards except the no-fee Citi Preferred card, which now transfers at a ratio of 1:0.8
Here is the basic terms of Citi to JetBlue point transfers:
- Each Point Transfer must include a minimum of 1,000 Points and any additional Points must be in increments of 1,000. There is a maximum of 500,000 ThankYou Points that you can transfer per Points Transfer.
- A submitted request to transfer Points may not be canceled and the Points in a submitted request may not be returned to your ThankYou Account
- For Citi ThankYou® Premier, Citi Prestige® and Citi Chairman® cardmember point transfers to TrueBlue, 1,000 Points = 1,000 TrueBlue points. For Citi ThankYou Preferred cardmember point transfers to TrueBlue, 1,000 Points = 800 TrueBlue points
Chase now also transfers Ultimate Rewards 1:1 to JetBlue. American Express transfer 1:0.8, though they have recently (and frequently) had a 25% transfer bonus to make it 1:1.

Have you taken advantage of this increased transfer value to JetBlue? If so, where are you heading?
