I have written about Apple Air Tags before, but I wanted to run another post to let you know that they are again on sale and at what I believe is their lowest price ever. They are as low as I ever recall seeing them, and they’ve become pretty much a necessity for any frequent traveler. Please note that all links on this (and any post) include my Amazon affiliate link. Apple Air Tags On Sale
The Apple AirTag 4 Pack is currently on sale. The individual Air Tag is on sale, but it probably makes sense to get a 4-pack. And if you already have one, they make great gifts.
You can also get a 4-pack Air Tag case for carrying them around
Why Travelers Need Apple Air Tags
Since the Air Tag first came out a few years ago, they have become pretty indispensable for frequent travelers. With all of the stories of lost and misplaced luggage, having an Air Tag can help you find your luggage, when the airline isn’t helpful. We’ve seen tons of stories of travelers tracking their luggage with an Air Tag

So if you haven’t gotten any Air Tags yet, now is a great time while they’re at a price that’s lower than any that I can remember seeing over the past several years.
More Ways To Save Money at Amazon
Amazon often has promotions where you can get a percentage or dollar value off a purchase by using at least 1 credit card point (like Chase Ultimate Rewards, American Express Membership Rewards, etc). These deals are typically targeted, but it’s a good idea to regularly check if you’re eligible, because these deals come around quite a bit. Note that it is generally a bad value to use your points to shop at Amazon, but it’s definitely worth using 1 point to save $20 – $50.
- Save at Amazon using 1 Amex Membership Rewards point
- Save at Amazon using 1 Capital One mile
- Save at Amazon using 1 Chase Ultimate Rewards point
- Save at Amazon using 1 Citi ThankYou point
- Save at Amazon using 1 Discover point
- Save at Amazon using 1 U.S. Bank Rewards point
You can also get some Amazon credit by adding certain credit cards to your account

Lots of people don’t have IPhones, which totally ruins getting an Apple Air tag. Apple does not promote this at all. You could buy airtags and not know they were useless unless you read the fine print. Apple may make fine products, but the way they secure their products in that you MUST HAVE AN IPhone for their universe is ridiculous. If I knew this, I never would have bought my Mac.
Is there a similar product to use for android phone users?
You can use something like this – Android Tile Mate 3-Pack, Black. Bluetooth Tracker. Another option would be if you have an iPad or Apple laptop, I think you can still use Apple AirTags
Tile mainly but you can get off-brand ones cheap from places like Temu. The problem is that the Apple version just works the best.
As far as this price on Amazon, it’s very good. About as cheap as you see it. Walmart, Sams, BestBuy, etc. all run sales on these 4 packs for about $80 the only advantage of buying elsewhere is that you can earn shopping portal cash back or points, which Amazon doesn’t really allow.
