Signed up recently for the Target debit Red Card and like some, no coupon or code when the card arrived. Yesterday, talked with 3 CSR and again was told we’ll mail out the coupon. Brought up the Shipt promo, 6 months free, and got blown off. Also mentioned there was supposedly an expiration date, 7/31/18, on the coupon. Guess when the coupon arrives, ???
