This is a short post and only tangentially related to travel, but this sign was hilarious. We ran across this sign in a gas station / travel center while on the road with the fan
I can’t decide which is more hilarious / awesome / cringe-worthy
- The fact that a dozen (12) donuts costs less than a 1/2 dozen (6)
- The fact that you can apparently buy 10 muffins for the price of 1 donut (they’re priced at 9.9 cents if you didn’t catch it)

What if the pricing was intentional to encourage more volume of donuts sold? It allows for the highest margin on single purchases, the 1/2 dozen price might just be a red-herring.
