Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge Review (NRT)

As my flight around the world came to a close, we had a layover of several hours in the ANA Lounge at Tokyo’s Narita (NRT) airport. Originally supposed to be a few hours, it ended up being longer than that, due to my Air Canada flight being delayed by about 2 hours. ANA has several different lounges in their hub at Tokyo Narita airport, and we were at what I think is the “main” lounge – in NRT Terminal 1. In this ANA Lounge Review lounge review, I’ll run through the food, wifi speed, seating and other lounge amenities so you can decide if this is worth a visit on your next trip to Tokyo Narita / NRT airport

Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge location and access

Star Alliance premium cabin travelers and Star Alliance elite members have access to the Tokyo Narita ANA Lounge. Of course, it’s also open to Priority Pass cardholders, so in some ways, pretty much everyone can access the NRT ANA Lounge :-).

The Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge is located in Terminal 1, near Gate 52. Follow the signs for Airline Lounges

You’ll then go up an escalator from the main floor of the terminal

And the entrance to the Tokyo Narita ANA Lounge will be straight ahead of you.

There is a TON of seating at the Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge.

Because the Priority Pass NRT ANA Lounge is so large, many of the seats offer outstanding tarmac views as well.

AC power outlets are quite prevalent as well, with multiple outlets at nearly all of the seats.

When we got to the ANA Lounge in Terminal 1 at NRT (around noon local time), they had one buffet station set up. There was another buffet station in the back of the lounge, but when we were there, only the front food station was open (probably due to the lounge being fairly empty)

There was a variety of hot and cold food options.

One thing that I found mildly strange is that they had no sweet / dessert items.

There was a selection of alcohol available

And dispensing machines for other alcohol (as well as a soda machine and coffee machines)

Priority Pass NRT / ANA Lounge wifi and amenities

The Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge wifi speed was excellent.

As you can imagine, with that kind of speed, I had no problem doing anything and everything I wanted to do on the Internet.

There is a shower room, where you can reserve time to shower if your schedule permits

There is also a concierge, small business center and a pay phone (!)

The Bottom Line – Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge Review

If you have access to the Tokyo Narita Terminal 1 ANA Lounge either through Priority Pass or by flying in a premium cabin on Star Alliance, the ANA Lounge in Tokyo Narita airport, it’s worth a stop by. It has fast wifi, food, comfortable seating and a pleasant environment with outstanding views.
