So the IHG Into the Nights promo came out about a week ago, and since then it’s been on my mind a lot.
The basic idea is that each member gets a series of offers like “Stay at 3 different brands” or “Download the IHG mobile app”. At first, nobody could seem to get in to see what their offers were, but after a bit we finally saw my wife’s offer.
My offer however was still just showing up as an error:

They got back to me and I sent them a DM with my IHG number, and they said they’d look into it and get back to me. Nobody ACTUALLY got back with me, but I logged in this morning and found that I had an offer!
Okay that seems easy – stay 2 nights, get a free night at any IHG hotel, and I can do it twice for up to 2 free nights.
But what is the “unlock bonus offers”? I’ll reach back out to IHG to see if they can clarify what that means.
But the good news is if you’ve had problems where your offer is still showing up as blank, try tweeting @IHGRewardsClub and see if that’s fixed. And in the meantime, I’d imagine that once it DOES get fixed, it will look like this, so you can start planning (though just to be safe, I’d wait until you see it before making any reservations)

My mom’s now looks just like yours. I had not when I checked yesterday.
My husband’s finally showed up and it is the same as your offer. Could this be as easy as it looks? Four nights/any night/any brand for two free nights or 50k points? This is so much less complicated than my own offer!

Sounds good. Couple other things I was wondering about:
1. Do you know why our offer shows the “Unlock Bonus Offers” at the bottom but the section is empty and does not have any instructions regarding how we can unlock those offers?
2. Do you think it is possible to have family members (i.e. my mom for example) sign up for the promo, earn the free nights, and then book rooms out of her account for me (for stays where she isn’t present)?
1. Yeah I’m not sure about that either. The response I got from IHG was “complete the first offers to see what the other offers are. Not really a great response if you ask me…”
2. I don’t think that she can book stays for you specifically, but she can book stays for herself, then add you as an additional guest, and then you can check in (might need to call the hotel to confirm). Then if she “forgets” to show up, no big deal 🙂

Does your offer summary shows 2 available or 0 available? I have the same offer as yours, but under offer summary and my activity, it shows 0 offer available. Is this normal? Thanks.
Mine shows 0 available in the offer summary. Personally I’ve decided it’s not worth it for me so I haven’t pursued it much
Has anyone actually got anything to track on this offer yet? I’ve done what was required to complete 3 of my tasks, but so far it still shows 0 progress for all offers 🙁 I booked and stayed a week ago, points for stay tracked 2 days later. Nothing on my intothenights tracker 🙁
I too have stayed on several different nights, starting from Sept 5th and these have not shown. I’ve even completed the survey and the points have been credited to my account (viewed on IHG website) but this does not show on the account. Anyone else had a stay tracked?
I have actually completed all the “challenges” & despite the stays/points etc. posting to my IHG activity/account, my “into the nights” tracker shows nothing. All zeros, not even anything in progress. Emailed IHG – usual canned response – 6-8 weeks for points to post. They didn’t even read my email.

I stayed about 10 days ago. My regular points, etc posted to IHG very quickly, but nothing showed up on my “Into the Nights” page until today. I now show a little circle next to each challenge filled in with progress (weirdly nothing at the top of the page yet). None of the “extra” points posted yet, but I am happy to see the little progress circles showing it is at least tracking properly. Again it took about 10 days after my qualifying stay was complete.
