These offers are now expired – see this page for the current top credit card offers
Earlier this morning I wrote about 2 credit card offers that are ending this week (on August 31st)
(SEE ALSO: Last week to get these 2 credit card bonuses)
In addition to those 2 bonuses, there are 2 OTHER bonuses that are at temporary highs. Both of them are as high as I’ve ever seen bonuses, though in both cases, I’ve seen it go exactly this high before
Southwest Business Card: 60K points
The typical offer on the Southwest Business card is 50,000 points – I was emailed an offer for 60,000 miles
This was sent to me, but there’s no indication that it’s targeted. I could not find a landing page for the offer, and I did not see it listed on Flyertalk or on any other list of cards.
The link in my email takes me to this Southwest Business Card application, which has no mention of the 60,000 points on the application itself, so it’s definitely a little bit of a YMMV. I do not receive a commission if you apply through this link.
This could be an attractive option if you’re looking to get the Southwest Companion Pass
American Express Hilton Surpass 100K offer
Via Mile Nerd, the bonus on the American Express Hilton Surpass is back up to 100,000 Hilton points.
I have seen the bonus on the Surpass card fluctuate between 75,000, 80,000 and 100,000 Hilton HHonors points. Hilton points aren’t as valuable as some other points, but 100K will get you at least a few nights, depending on where you stay

You have to spend $3000 in the first 3 months, and there is an annual fee of $75 (not waived). I do not receive a commission if you apply for this card through this link.
Remember that according to the current rules and best practices of churning, bonuses on American Express cards are limited to 1 per person, so if you’ve ever gotten a bonus on the Hilton Surpass card, you won’t be eligible this time
As I mentioned, neither the links for the Southwest Business card or Hilton Surpass card pay me any commission. If you’re looking for other top hotel rewards cards, I do receive a commission if you apply for any cards through the link in the top navigation of the page
Good luck out there!

Any idea how long that 100k Surpass offer will last? We’ll be moving that up to the top of the list for next cards to get for my wife. I’ve already had it.
I’m not sure – I’d imagine at least a few weeks
The best SW offer I’ve personally received through e-mail is 50K points + $100 statement credit after $2k spend.
I personally like the 60k points offer more because I value that extra 10K points as $180.
anywho just another DP in case someone runs in to this post.
