Thanks to everyone who entered my recent 10,000 Hilton HHonors points giveaway.
10,000 Hilton HHonors points giveaway
The contest is over and the winner was Rafael M.  I’ve already contacted him and transferred the points over.  As a secondary bonus, my OWN Hilton points were about to expire, so this was a (perhaps unconventional!) way to extend their life! 😀
How to get more Hilton points
As with most miles and points, the easiest way to get more points is credit card signups. Â Now, the one thing I DO recommend before signing up for a ton of credit cards is that you go slow, understand what you’re doing, and only go as fast as you are comfortable with. Â Don’t sign up for a credit card just because some guy on the Internet says you should!!!Â

Having said that, if you’re looking for a new card as part of an upcoming credit card churn, there is a good Hilton card out there
75,000 Hilton HHonors points is nearly twice the “normal” rate. Â I’ve had (a few of) this card before, but I’m definitely planning on signing up for it within the next month (probably both Carolyn and I will get one)
I covered the offer here – New limited-time 75,000 Hilton HHonors points credit card offer
Congratulations Rafael and thanks to everyone who entered!
